Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item, provided the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Returns

  1. Complete Product and Packaging: The product must include all original parts and components and be in its original packaging as received.
  2. Proper Handling: The product must only show normal handling; damage due to improper use is excluded.
  3. Hygiene Products: Items where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  4. Defective Products: Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
  6. Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to customer actions.

Important: Incorrect Return Address

Returning products to the company address will result in a direct loss of the order amount, as returns cannot be processed at this location and packages will not be accepted.

How to Initiate the Return Process

If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps to start the return process:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to [info@sunnerey.com].
  • Include the Following Information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
    • Customer's first and last name
    • Customer's address

Please wait for our response with the correct return address. Do not send the item back to the original sender. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Right of Withdrawal

This right applies if you are a consumer (a natural person) entering into a transaction not primarily related to commercial or professional activities.

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) receives the last item in your order.

Due to our automated processing system, orders are fulfilled immediately upon placement, and the shipping process cannot be interrupted until delivery. A refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Sunnerey.com) with a clear declaration (e.g., via email) of your decision to withdraw. The withdrawal is effective once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Note on Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped from Asia, and longer transit times may occur beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods before returning them, but you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery type than the cheapest standard delivery offered). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notification and the returned goods. The same payment method used for the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

If a customer refuses to accept an order and returns the order to the supplier, a 20% return shipping fee will be charged to cover the shipping and handling costs associated with returning the package to our warehouse.
This fee will only be charged if all delivery conditions are met on our part and to ensure the order is shipped to the correct address. Once we receive the order back at our warehouse, we will process your refund, minus the return shipping fee, as quickly as possible.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
